Creative Pharma Solutions s.r.o. (herein CPS), located in Prague, the Czech Republic, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement, in line with the GDPR.  The reason CPS may do so is for the sole purpose of establishing and/or maintaining the appropriate benefit-risk ratio of a given medicinal product.  CPS will only handle the data that is relevant (as outlined by European pharmacovigilance legislation).

Personal data that we process

CPS processes your personal data on behalf of its clients, which concerns nationally and internationally established pharmaceutical companies. We have to process personal data in connection with the legal obligation to ensure the safety of medicines and to process adverse reactions or other reports concerning products. This concerns data with which we can demonstrably record the existence of an actual patient (on the basis of gender and country of origin) and, if necessary, your contact details in order to answer your request. Where it is necessary and/or legally required to share this information with a third party, the information will be shared under a different (made up) name.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process

CPS processes information about your health, which is considered to be special and / or sensitive personal data about you.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

CPS processes your personal data on behalf of the legal pharmacovigilance obligations that our clients have within the pharmaceutical industry with the goal of promoting safe and effective medicines.  If you have any questions about the privacy of your data, please let us know.

CPS does not carry out automated processing.

How long will we store personal data

CPS does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected and in line with current European pharmacovigilance related guidance.

Sharing personal data with third parties

CPS will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with our clients and/or to comply with a legal obligation.

CPS does not use cookies or similar techniques.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by CPS and/or our clients, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal information we have in your computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@creativepharmasolutions.com.

CPS takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
